Definitions and scope
“Anflo”, “we” or “us” means Anflo Inter Chemical Products Trading. “Buyer” means the customer purchasing or requesting products. “Products” means the chemicals or related materials identified in the applicable quotation or transaction documents.
Product specifications
The buyer is responsible for confirming the required chemical, grade, purity, packaging, quantity and intended application before an order is finalized. The applicable quotation and product documentation govern the confirmed specification.
Prices and quotations
Prices and availability are subject to the applicable quotation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations may change with supply conditions, freight, exchange rates, destination requirements or other commercial factors.
Orders and payment
An order becomes commercially effective when accepted and confirmed by Anflo through the applicable sales documentation. Payment timing, currency, banking instructions and any deposit or balance requirements are stated in the relevant commercial documents.
Documentation and compliance
Available documents may include SDS, COA, TDS, commercial invoices, packing documents and other export or product documents, depending on the product and transaction. Buyers remain responsible for destination-country import, licensing and regulatory requirements.
Shipping and delivery
Shipment arrangements, delivery terms, destination, freight responsibilities and estimated timing are based on the agreed transaction documents. Actual delivery can be affected by carrier schedules, customs, regulatory controls and events outside reasonable control.
7. Inspection and claims
Buyers should inspect products and documents promptly after receipt and notify Anflo of any material issue within the period stated in the applicable transaction documents. Claims should include sufficient product, shipment and supporting information for review.
8. Changes and applicable requirements
These general terms may be updated from time to time. Specific transaction documents may contain additional or different commercial provisions that apply to the relevant order.
